Egg donation is strictly anonymous, both for donors and recipients, our clinic fully compensates donors for the costs associated with donation (travel costs, accommodation, food, proven incidental expenses, time spent in the clinic, discomfort) up to 1000€.
In addition to reimbursement of costs, each donor receives a detailed medical report along with a verbal explanation of her medical condition, ovarian reserve level and genetic test results.

Fill in the online donation form, or contact us by email info@darujtezivot.sk, or call our helpline +421 903 992 626 to arrange your first visit. In case of the online questionnaire you will be contacted by the IVF coordinator of the clinic, she will explain the further procedure and arrange the date of your first visit to the clinic. You will have a consultation with a gynaecologist and a geneticist at the agreed time. Your blood will be drawn for hormonal, genetic and STD testing. Based on the results of these tests, you may be included in the donor programme.
Afterwards, your stimulation cycle will be planned, the gynaecologist will prepare a protocol and then explain the whole process. At the same time, he will teach you how to apply your stimulation preparations. You will apply the stimulants yourself for 10 days. During the stimulation, you will undergo an ultrasound scan, based on which the gynaecologist will determine the exact time and day of egg retrieval.
Egg retrieval is performed under short-term general anaesthesia. You will leave the clinic 2 hours after the egg retrieval.

At Repromedica, the care of our donors is very important to us. Every donor undergoes a comprehensive screening before being included in our database. Donors are carefully monitored both during stimulation and after egg retrieval.
The stimulation of each donor is conducted sensitively, responsibly and with consideration for her individual needs. This ensures that the eggs are healthy, mature and well prepared for fertilization. This also has a positive effect on the psychological well-being of the recipient.

Men and women admitted to our donor database have undergone the following medical examinations and tests: health check-ups, tests for venereal diseases (HIV, HBsAg, syphilis, chlamydia), blood analysis and blood group and Rh type with genetic screening test for disorders (karyotype, cystic fibrosis, spinal muscular atrophy...). Donor women also undergo a complete gynaecological examination, including ultrasound and hormonal profile analysis.
